Rules of the “KlinSpurt against stains” competition

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules govern the relations between the Organiser of the “KlinSpurt against stains” Competition and its Participants.

1.2. Organiser of the Competition: Klinin Limited Liability Company (TIN (INN)  7813326820, OGRN 1057811902180, legal address: premises part 23-N, premises part p.p. 1, Letter A, 69-71 Marata St, intra-city territory of the Vladimirsky Okrug municipal district, St Petersburg, 191119.

1.3. The Competition is not a lottery; it is based, among other things, on the participants’ skills in using the products and is held in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. Participation in the Competition constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

2. COMPETITION DATES

2.1. Overall Competition period: from the date Participants receive their parcels until 27 February 2026 inclusive.

2.2. Period for accepting applications and issuing competition kits: until 27 February 2026 inclusive (in accordance with clause 3.3 of the Rules).

2.3. Period for accepting competition entries (photos): from the date Participants receive their parcels until 27 February 2026, 23:59 Moscow time.

2.4. Date of selecting the Winner: 04 March 2026.

2.5. Entries received after the end of the period specified in clause 2.2 are not admitted to the Competition.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. Persons who comply with these Rules and have fulfilled the requirements set out in clause 4 of these Rules are referred to as Participants.

3.2. Participants may be adult individuals with full legal capacity, as well as representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are potential partners of the Organiser and have received from it a parcel with products and a competition kit.

3.3. A person meeting the criteria of clause 3.2 of these Rules may become a Competition Participant if they:

• Submitted an application to participate by contacting the Organiser’s representative using the contact details given in the information materials by 27 February 2026 inclusive.
• Were invited by the Organiser on its own initiative and confirmed their participation.

3.4. The number of competition kits is limited. Only persons who have received such a kit are entitled to take part in the Competition. Distribution of kits ends early once they run out.

4. COMPETITION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

4.1. To take part in the Competition, the following steps must be completed:

4.1.1. Receive a parcel from the Organiser containing:

• A set of stain removal products: KlinSpurt and L510 Handy.
• A T-shirt with an identical pre-applied stain and the Klinin logo.
• Printed instructions for using the products.

4.1.2. Using only the KlinSpurt and L510 Handy products received, remove the stain from the T-shirt provided in accordance with the instructions.

4.1.3. Take a photo(s) of the result meeting the following requirements:

• Quality: a sharp, well-lit image.
• Framing: the whole T-shirt must be visible, or a close-up that allows the quality of stain removal to be assessed unambiguously. The Klinin logo must be visible.
• Number: 1-2 photos.
• Prohibited: the use of any graphics editors (including Photoshop) to alter the image. The photo must be original and taken specifically for the Competition.

4.1.4. Send the photo(s) to the Organiser’s e-mail address: marketing@klinin.com, with the subject line: “KlinSpurt against stains”.

4.2. Each Participant may submit only one competition entry.

4.3. All T-shirts provided to Participants for the Competition were stained with the same substance under identical conditions (type of soiling agent, its amount, application time and dwell time). This ensures equal starting conditions for all Participants and an objective assessment of results.

5. PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING THE WINNER

5.1. All entries received are moderated for compliance with the Competition conditions (clause 4 of these Rules).

5.2. Criteria for admission to the prize draw:

• Satisfactory removal of the stain, allowing the task to be considered completed.
• Compliance with all technical requirements for the photo.
• Use of only the products provided by the Organiser.
• No signs of photo editing.

5.3. Admitted Participants are recorded in a spreadsheet, with each entry assigned a unique serial number.

5.4. The Winner will be selected at random on 04 March 2026 from among all admitted Participants using a random number generator. The winner selection procedure may be recorded on video.

6. PRIZE FUND AND PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING IT

6.1. Main prize: A trip to St Petersburg for two people (the Winner and a companion) including a football match.

The prize includes:

• Return air or rail tickets (economy class) for two people from the Winner’s city of residence.
• Hotel accommodation for 1 night (standard double room).
• 2 tickets to the Klinin VIP box for a Russian Cup football match at the Gazprom Arena stadium.
• The travel dates are agreed individually with the Winner before the end of the 2025/2026 football season.

The prize does NOT include:

• Transfers (other than those specified above).
• Medical insurance.
• Personal expenses.
• Meals.
• Any other expenses not specified above.

6.2. Prize award procedure:

6.2.1. The Winner will be notified of the win by e-mail to the address from which the competition entry was sent, within 3 (three) working days of the date the winner is selected.

6.2.2. To receive the prize, the Winner must, within 5 (five) working days of notification:

• Send a reply to marketing@klinin.com with a contact telephone number and city of residence.
• After the details have been discussed, provide copies of the first pages of the passports of the Winner and their companion (+1).

6.2.3. If it is not possible to contact the Winner within 10 (ten) working days, or if the required details are not provided, the Organiser may select a new Winner.

6.2.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By submitting a competition entry, the Participant confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of these Rules and are prepared to give consent to the processing of personal data.

7.2. Participants’ personal data (e-mail address) are processed only after the Participant has given consent to the processing of personal data by e-mail, and only for the purposes of registering the participant, communicating with them within the Competition and notifying them of the results.

7.3. Processing of the personal data of the Winner and their companion (+1):

• Scope of data: surname, first name, patronymic; telephone number; identity document details (series, number, date of issue, issuing authority); registration address; city of residence; e-mail address.
• Purpose: to organise and provide the Prize (issuing travel documents, booking the hotel, purchasing match tickets).
• Once the Winner has been selected, a separate Consent to the processing of personal data will be sent to them by e-mail, which the Winner must complete, sign and return to the Organiser by reply.
• By providing the personal data of their companion (+1), the Winner warrants and confirms that they have obtained from that companion: direct, informed and voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser to the extent and for the purposes specified in this clause; and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Competition Organiser.
• The Winner bears full responsibility for having obtained the said consents from the companion and for their completeness and lawfulness. The Participant undertakes to settle any claims relating to the processing of the companion’s personal data independently and at their own expense. The Organiser is released from any liability to the companion and third parties in connection with the Winner’s failure to provide, or improper provision of, the above consents.

7.4. Consent to the processing of personal data remains valid until the obligations under these Rules have been fully fulfilled, but no less than the retention period for the relevant information established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.5. The processing of personal data may include collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction, and may be carried out with or without the use of automation tools.

7.6. The Organiser hereby guarantees that all personal data provided by Participants will be stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.7. Each Participant may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data in whole or in part by sending a corresponding written notice to the Organiser’s address or to the e-mail address specified in clause 1.2. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data makes further participation in the Competition and receipt of the Prize impossible. In this case, the Organiser may refuse the Participant participation in the Competition or the award of the Prize. Upon receipt of the Participant’s notice of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Organiser shall stop processing them and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such withdrawal, except where the Organiser is entitled to process personal data without the consent of the data subject on the grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” or other Federal Laws.

8. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE ORGANISER

8.1. Obligations of the Organiser:

• To conduct the Competition in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
• To ensure the transparency of the procedure for selecting the Winner.
• To notify the Winner in a timely manner and ensure the Prize is awarded in accordance with the agreed conditions.
• To ensure the confidentiality of Participants’ personal data and process them in accordance with section 7 of the Rules and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Rights of the Organiser:

• To reject entries that do not comply with the Rules, including those showing signs of editing, those that are illegible or those submitted after the deadline.
• Cancel, suspend or terminate the Contest early in the event of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible to hold (force majeure), notifying Participants by available means.
• Amend these Rules, with mandatory publication of the new version.
• Request and receive from the Winner and their companion the documents and information necessary to award the Prize.
• Not enter into correspondence or discussions with participants regarding the organisation and results of the Contest.

8.3. The Organiser shall not be liable for non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of its obligations resulting from failures in telecommunication and power networks, the actions of malware, or bad-faith actions of third parties aimed at unauthorised access to and/or disabling of the Organiser's software and/or hardware.

8.4. The Organiser's liability in connection with the Contest is limited to the value of the Main Prize. The Organiser shall not compensate participants for any indirect losses or lost profits.

9. OTHER TERMS

9.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for a Participant's failure to receive the parcel with the contest kit, or for technical failures of mail servers and internet channels resulting in late receipt of a contest entry.

9.2. The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates of the Contest and the composition of the Prize in the event of force majeure, with mandatory notification of Participants on the official website or by e-mail.

9.3. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
