On 13 March 2025, Klinin gave a presentation at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council for Housing and Utilities of St Petersburg. The meeting was attended by key representatives of the city administration and industry experts, including Vice-Governor of St Petersburg E.N. Razumishkin, Deputy Chairman of the St Petersburg Committee for Urban Improvement S.E. Malinin and Deputy Chairman of the St Petersburg Committee for Science and Higher Education V.T. Gaidei.
The topic of the presentation was “Talvi Series De-icing Materials. Results of the Pilot Project on Using the Materials in the Central District of St Petersburg”.
Talvi series de-icing materials are innovative de-icing materials developed using an environmentally safe additive. In the pilot project in the city's Central District, the material proved highly effective against ice, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles while minimising environmental impact.
Meeting participants noted the relevance of the topic and the importance of introducing modern solutions in housing and utilities. Klinin continues to improve its products, striving to make winter safe and comfortable for all city residents.
