On 2 April 2026, the KARL STORZ training centre in Moscow hosted a specialised course in endoscopic surgery for operating theatre nurses. The event was organised to enhance the skills of nursing staff working in endoscopy and surgical departments.
The course covered key topics: safety in the endoscopic operating theatre, current regulations for equipment reprocessing, and the stages of cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of endoscopes and instruments. Participants received practical recommendations on caring for expensive endoscopic equipment.
During the training, Klinin's product — the disinfectant Oxy+ — was demonstrated to the participants. It is designed for pre-sterilisation cleaning (PSC), high-level disinfection (HLD) and sterilisation of endoscopes and medical instruments. Oxy+ effectively removes organic soiling and is safe for materials and staff, as confirmed, among other things, by documentation.
Thus the course not only gave operating theatre nurses up-to-date theoretical knowledge but also showed the practical use of a reliable disinfectant recommended for everyday work with endoscopic equipment.
