Application area
Cleaning of ovens and cooking equipment fitted with automatic washing systems.Product features
- Effectively removes food soiling. Easily softens even dried-on soiling and turns it into a form that is easily washed away during rinsing.
- The product contains complexing agents that prevent limescale formation.
- Contains no NTA.
- Oven Rinse rinse aid must be used for the final rinsing of ovens.

Usage
Dosing is carried out automatically via the dosing pumps of the cooking equipment. Dosing is automatic, according to the oven or cleaning programme used.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a heated warehouse at +5°C to +35°C. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Environment and safety
Clean primary containers can be recycled or reused. Secondary corrugated cardboard packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled.
