We invite you to walk through the actual workshops and see how automated systems and our team of professionals turn ideas into finished professional detergents. We have designed the route to reveal the facility from different sides: technology, quality, people and ecology.
You will see and learn: What the “brain” of our plant looks like — the server room and the automated process control system (APCS) that controls valves and formulations in real time. How the dosing and mixing area works — accuracy to the gram, purity of components and control at every stage. The water treatment section with multi-stage purification — why water becomes a fully-fledged raw material. The raw materials warehouse with a system for accounting, labelling and stock tracking. Our three filling lines and the automatic CIP washing area — how we ensure sterility and speed. The process of labelling, packaging and preparing products for marketplaces, including packaging requirements and work with “Chestny Znak”. The finished goods warehouse and shipment logistics. Our Research and Development Centre — the operation of testing equipment, a real chemical experiment and a review of complaint handling protocols. An open dialogue with our technologists — the opportunity to ask questions about composition, quality, career and partnership. At the end, we invite you to a comfortable meeting area for informal communication.
